The South Central Task Force together with Dauphin County EMA is establishing a Citizen Emergency Alert system. This system is similar to those used by school districts to alert parents when there is an early
school closing. The Citizen Alert system can be used to contact residents and businesses whenever there is an emergency
by text message, email or phone.You can sign up both your business and home address as long as they are within Dauphin County. Whenever a location is involved in an emergency or other event, the system can be used to alert you so you can take timely action.
